Full job description

Aroma Cafe Northbridge is a busy cafe located in the North Metropolitan TAFE building. We have a strong focus on specialty coffee that we roast ourselves, with a range of in house made fresh and healthy food.

We are a family run, fun and professional team, looking for an experienced counterhand/ barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and offering exceptional customer service.

Ideally, we would love to work with someone who is:

- Passionate about quality coffee

- Warm and welcoming to all customers

- Experienced in fast paced environments

- Reliable

Good latte art skills will be preferred and a passion for great coffee will be necessary.

It will help if you have experience working in fast paced environments and are naturally friendly.

This position is for early morning starts, Monday to Friday. There are no evenings or weekends.
