Aroma Café Kewdale is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team and help serve our own award-winning coffee to our regular and loyal customers.

We’re a busy café where quality matters. We take pride in making great coffee consistently, while providing friendly service and a welcoming experience for our customers.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista experience in a fast-paced café
• Is genuinely passionate about quality coffee
• Can maintain quality and consistency during busy periods
• Has good latte art skills
• Is reliable and punctual
• Communicates well and works positively as part of a team
• Has a friendly, approachable personality
• Has a positive, can-do attitude

You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy café and enjoy the pace and energy that comes with a high-volume morning trade.
