Full job description

We’re now looking for an experienced barista to join our opening team at Bee Keen Cafe Box Hill. If you love crafting great coffee and enjoy the energy of a fast-paced café environment, this role is for you.

About the Role

  • Craft high-quality espresso coffee with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Confidently pour latte art for dine-in service.
  • Operate our coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams during busy hours.
  • Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with daily operations including opening, closing, serving, and cleaning.
