At CraigCare, we believe mealtimes are about more than nutrition—they’re an important part of our residents’ daily wellbeing and enjoyment. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand at Ascot WA Home to join our dedicated hospitality team and help create a positive dining experience for our residents.


This is a Permanent Full time role : Monday to Friday


About You:


Previous kitchen, hospitality, or food service experience
Sound knowledge of food safety practices (Food Safety Certificate preferred)
Positive, team-focused, and customer-service oriented
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends


Key Responsibilities:


Assist with food preparation, presentation, and meal service

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment

Support the monitoring and recording of Food Safety Program requirements

Complete cleaning and sanitization tasks in accordance with food safety and CraigCare standards

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to residents

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times


Key Requirements:


  • NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Police check clearance in case no NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia
