Full job description

Kanzo Parramatta is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time/ Full-Time Waiter/Server to join our team. This role involves serving dine-in customers, taking phone and counter orders, and accurately packing Uber Eats and other delivery orders. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service while supporting smooth daily operations in a Japanese restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Take dine-in, takeaway, and phone call orders accurately
  • Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
  • Pack Uber Eats and other online delivery orders carefully and accurately
  • Check orders before dispatch to ensure quality and correctness
  • Answer customer questions about menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining, counter, and packing areas
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Support team members during busy periods
