Job Description

The ASICS retail team is getting ready to sleigh the holiday season! We’re on the hunt for a passionate Christmas Casual Retail Assistants (who are on the nice list) to join our Marsden Park team.

• A positive team player who takes initiative and picks up new tasks quickly
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• A cool, calm and collected operator who can manage the hustle and bustle of Christmas trade
• A strong understanding of the ASICS brand and our products
• An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
• A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, following instruction and working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have flexible availability to cater to a casual roster from November 2025 - January 2026 and availability must include weekends, late trade nights and holidays

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Proven retail experience or customer-facing service background
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Adaptable mindset with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and late trading nights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable and punctual with genuine enthusiasm for the role

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous experience working in a seasonal or casual retail position
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in the ASICS brand and athletic footwear
• Active interest in physical health, fitness, or wellbeing
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in high-volume trading periods
• Self-motivated with proven ability to take initiative and learn quickly
• Comfortable using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems or similar technology
