About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Coffin Bay park. Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining park standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Park Manager with day-to-day park operations
  • Lead, coach, and support team members
  • Assist with rostering, staff supervision, and performance support
  • Ensure park presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Step into the Park Manager role when required

About You

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or park/resort operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • High standards for customer service and park presentation
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
