Assistant Store Manager – G7 Australia

About Us
G7 Australia is a leading supplier of premium ute canopies, trays, toolboxes, and accessories. Known for quality products and outstanding customer service, we support tradies, fleet operators, and 4x4 enthusiasts across the country.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Geebung store. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive sales, oversee stock control, prepare orders for dispatch, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales support
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, merchandising, and displays
  • Assist with developing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures
  • Report directly to the store manager

About You

  • Previous experience in a retail or trade store sales or management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
  • Confidence in sales and customer service
  • Strong admin and IT skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive, 4x4, or trade industry
  • Forklift licence or the ability to obtain one
  • Drivers licence
