The step up: Plenty of places make you "Assistant Manager" and leave you there. Not here. We're opening and renovating stores as we grow into Dollarama Australia, which means ASMs who are good at this move up. This is the role that gets you to running your own store, and here that's a real path, not a maybe.

The roster: (because it's what you really want to know): No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. That's rare in retail. Here, it's just how we roster.

The job: You'll help run the store hands-on and on the floor, leading the team alongside your Store Manager and stepping up when they're away. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, learning every part of running a store by doing it.
