About the role
You will work directly with the founder of a Dubai-based group of ecommerce and media brands, with a large audience on YouTube and Instagram. Your job is to keep his day, his team, and his deals moving so nothing gets dropped. Full-time, 6 days a week.
What you will do
- Manage and review the founder's calendar every day
- Follow up after calls and meetings and make sure next steps happen
- Delegate tasks to the team and chase them through to completion
- Manage the inbox and draft replies
- Prepare a short daily summary of priorities and open items
- Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and suppliers
- Handle travel, bookings, and general admin
What we are looking for
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Arabic is a strong plus
- Organised, fast, and reliable, with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Slack
- Entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome
- Previous assistant or operations experience is a plus
What we offer
