Disability Support Worker – SIL Property

Revira Care is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Atwell, Perth WA.

We are looking for support workers who are professional, patient-focused, and passionate about helping participants live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to participants within a SIL home environment and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with daily living activities and personal care

Supporting community access and social participation

Encouraging independence and life skills development

Providing emotional support and companionship

Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation

Following individual care plans and behavioural support strategies

Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (preferred)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in SIL or disability support preferred
