    Established in 1871, the Art Gallery of New South Wales is located in Sydney’s The Domain adjacent to the Royal Botanic Garden and near the Central Business District, the Gallery acknowledges the original custodians of this land – the Gadigal people.
    The Art Gallery attracts around 2.6 million visitors annually and runs Australia’s largest education program with over 90,000 student and teacher visits per year.
    With our expanded campus the Art Gallery has a new state-of-the-art building located next to our existing and much-loved building. Providing us with close to double the exhibition space, the expanded Art Gallery enables us to share more art with more people and provide more family, learning and educational programming for all our audiences.

    About the Role
    The Art Gallery's Business Development department is currently seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Gallery’s significant activities, exhibitions and programs by managing the Gallery’s Major corporate partners and sponsors (both cash and in-kind) including proposals and renewals.

    What Technical/Soft Skills you require
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or considerable direct industry experience in securing and managing sponsor relationships.
    • Demonstrated experience and success in managing and leveraging financial and strategic partnerships in the Arts or corporate sector.

    Targeted Questions
    • Provide an example of how you activated a sponsorship creating a "true partnership". (max 400 words)
    • Looking at the current mix of AGNSW sponsors, business groups and corporate members, where do you see opportunities for growth and how would you build this into a renewal/development strategy? (max 400 words)
