We are looking for motivated, collaborative and curious students to join our 12-week paid Summer Internship Program commencing in November 2026.
As an intern, you'll gain practical experience working alongside industry professionals on complex and impactful projects. You'll be supported by experienced mentors, develop valuable technical and professional skills, and gain insight into what it's like to build a career in consulting.
We're currently seeking students studying Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Business Management to join our Defence team in Sydney, NSW. You will be joining as an Intern Project Manager.
This role supports projects within the Australian Defence sector and provides the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant programs, including involvement in the Base Services Transformation Program for the Australian Defence Force. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to the planning, delivery and management of projects that help strengthen Australia's defence infrastructure and operational capability.
From day one, you'll become part of a connected global network of experts and innovators. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn from recognised industry leaders and contribute to meaningful projects that deliver lasting value for our clients and communities.
DEFENCE & SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Due to the nature of the projects supported by this team, applicants must be Australian citizens.
YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
Our Internship Program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment. Throughout the 12-week program, you'll:
- Support the delivery of Defence and infrastructure projects.
- Gain exposure to project management, engineering and consulting disciplines.
- Learn from experienced professionals and technical specialists.
- Receive mentoring, guidance and on-the-job development.
- Build your professional network across the business.
- Develop valuable technical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on real project outcomes.
This is more than just an internship—it's an opportunity to gain insight into the Defence sector, develop your professional capabilities and explore where a career in consulting can take you.
High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities within our Graduate Program upon completion of their studies.

- Currently studying a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Available to commence the 12-week internship in November 2026.

You'll enjoy problem-solving, working as part of a team and embracing opportunities to develop your technical and professional capabilities. An interest in digital engineering, design tools and innovation will be highly regarded.
