What does the ideal candidate look like
Skills
-
Proven experience of working within logistics/warehousing management, with experience in a Defence-related setting being a significant advantage.

A strong track record of personnel leadership, management, and development.

Sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution services operations management.

Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills.
-
Certified professional or relevant degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields would be advantageous
Personal qualities

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels.

Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams.

Understanding of operational drivers, cost control and operational budgeting.
