New Car Sales Manager – Mazda

Central Coast Motor Group is looking for an ambitious and driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our Mazda team in Gosford.

You’ll lead a successful Mazda showroom, driving sales performance, developing your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Whether you’re an experienced Sales Manager or a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership, we’re looking for someone with the energy, commercial mindset and leadership skills to make the role their own.

What You’ll Do

● Lead, coach and motivate the Mazda Sales Team

● Drive new vehicle sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction

● Manage daily sales activity, leads, appointments and showroom performance

● Support negotiations and assist the team in closing deals

● Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance

● Manage stock, ordering and ageing inventory

● Recruit, train and develop sales talent

● Work closely with Finance, Marketing and Aftersales

● Maintain strong manufacturer relationships

● Ensure a premium showroom and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

You may be:

● An experienced Automotive Sales Manager ready for a new challenge

● An Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step

● A high-performing Senior Sales Consultant with genuine leadership ambition

You’ll have:

● Proven success in automotive sales

● Strong leadership and people skills

● Excellent negotiation and closing ability

● A high-performance mindset

● Strong commercial and profitability awareness

● Excellent communication and organisational skills

● A genuine passion for customer service

● Current NSW Driver Licence

● Permanent Australian working rights
