Join CARCO as a Deal Processor / Licensing Clerk (Part-Time – 4 Days/Week!)

CARCO has an exciting opportunity for a Deal Processor / Licensing Clerk to join our vibrant and collaborative team. As part of the expanding Midland City Hub, you’ll enjoy working across multiple brands… and yes, we even have our own café!

This is a part-time role (4 days per week) with Tuesday and Thursday attendance essential, offering the ideal balance for someone seeking stability, flexibility and career development.

In this fast-paced and rewarding position, your main focus will be ensuring smooth and accurate administration for all vehicles across CARCO. You’ll liaise confidently with managers, customers and manufacturers while helping us deliver exceptional service. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, if you’re reliable, eager to learn and have great attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities:

• Deal processing for vehicles
• Support vehicle stock control and preparation of deliveries
• Vehicle licensing and deal costings
• Archive and file paperwork
• Various ad hoc administrative duties

About You:

• Strong keyboard skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic
• Able to multitask and work to deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and positive in your approach
• Punctual, reliable, adaptable and flexible
• Flexible in availability to ensure EOM deadlines are met
• Must hold a current driver’s licence
