What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
• Providing respectful and professional screening
• Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
• Working within clear safety and security procedures
• Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers

Who We’re Looking For

• Male and female-identifying individuals (to ensure respectful screening for all passengers)
• Great communicators who enjoy helping people
• Customer service experience is welcome — but not required
• Interested in aviation, safety, or security? This is your stepping stone
• Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (training offered at half price)

What You Need

• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)
• A professional, responsible attitude – and a passion for learning

Training & Development

We invest in your growth from Day 1:

• Access to a nationally recognised qualification
• Only $1,300 for a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (normally $2,000)
• Hands-on learning with on-site practical experience at Brisbane Airport
