Junior Pastry Chef Wanted at ENZE Bakery!

Join our growing team at ENZE Barangaroo! We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to assist with daily cake production and kitchen preparation.

Key Duties:

  • Crumb coating cakes
  • Piping cakes
  • Preparing and cutting fresh fruits
  • Making chocolate decorations, including chocolate leaves
  • General kitchen preparation and cleaning
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

  • Disciplined focus and pride in repetitive, high-precision work.
  • Clean-as-you-go workflow and sharp station hygiene.
  • The stamina and mindset to execute the same standard on order 200 as order 1
