Full job description
Join our high performing team in Sydney and provide client service and administrative support to a dedicated team of Macquarie Private Bankers. You will become familiar with the Private Bank clients, as well as the process of advising and portfolio construction.

What role will you play?
You will provide high quality client service and administrative support to our Bankers and clients alike. This includes answering queries and providing information across the broader Banking and Financial services division to enable swift resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring client information is accurate and maintained within our CRM and assist with the preparation of client documentation including Client Service Agreements, Wholesale Client Letters, File Notes, Records of Advice. Along with managing the onboarding of new clients, facilitating portfolio implementation, and assisting with ongoing portfolio and client management you will also facilitate all administrative aspects associated with supporting the client relationship.

- Prior experience supporting advisors within the Wealth Management, Financial Services or relevant industry experience with a solid understanding of the workings of financial products and platforms
- High attention to detail, a willingness to learn and strong stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mind set and excellent time management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline is valuable.
