Aurea Gourmet is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and hands-on experience managing both bar operations and coffee service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar and coffee operations.
  • Lead, train and manage baristas and bar staff.
  • Maintain high standards of coffee quality, beverage presentation and customer service.
  • Manage staff rostering, stock control and ordering.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and workplace standards.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Bar Manager or senior hospitality role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and barista operations.
  • Proven experience managing bar operations and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on leader with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
