Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty beverages while providing an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy bar environment and be confident handling high-volume service periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve classic and modern cocktails to a high standard
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and liqueurs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and venue policies
  • Work efficiently during peak service periods while maintaining quality

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a busy bar or hospitality venue
  • Strong cocktail-making skills and beverage knowledge
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, well-presented, and punctual
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
