Stanton Brasserie is a very busy restaurant in Brisbane City. Working alone and in a team, the duties required for the job include pouring beers and wine, making cocktails, doing garnish and cocktail prep, general cleaning and opening/closing the bar and cash handling.

We operate as a dispense bar but a good level of English is required as customer interaction is required when they're paying their bill. during peak service times there are 2-3 staff inn the bar, during quiet periods in-between lunch and dinner you will be working solo.

As we are very busy venue, at least 1 year of experience working in a bar is required.

15-20 hours are on offer dependent on your schedule and weekly availability of other staff.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $31.23 – $37.22 per hour
