Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender / Bar Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Supervise daily bar operations and support the bar team during shifts.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the bar area.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.

About You

  • Previous experience as a bartender is essential.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Current RSA certification (required).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
