We’re Hiring – Cali Beach | All Positions

Gold Coast’s ultimate beach club is looking for passionate, high-energy people to join the team at Cali Beach.


Set in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Cali Beach combines poolside dining, cocktails, VIP experiences and entertainment — and we’re looking for people who can bring the energy and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.


Available Roles

We’re currently hiring for:

  • Waitstaff

  • Bartenders

  • Bottle Service Staff

  • Glassies / Barbacks

  • Receptionists


The Role

We’re looking for team players who bring personality, professionalism and energy. Whether you’re behind the bar, delivering next-level service, looking after VIP guests or welcoming people through the doors, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment.


The Skills:

  • Confident, social and outgoing

  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience

  • Professional in presentation and communication

  • Reliable, energetic and a team player

  • Available Friday–Sunday (with some mid-week availability)

  • Hold a current QLD RSA, or are willing to obtain one before commencing
