About the Venue:
The Bristol is one of Sydney CBD's most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations.

Recently transformed into a premium multi-level precinct, The Bristol offers an unrivalled hospitality experience, featuring a rooftop bar, cocktail lounge, public bar, sports bar, Greek restaurant and premium nightclub all under one roof.

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Hosts, Bartenders and Floor Staff to join our team on a casual basis.

Whether you're greeting guests at the door, creating exceptional drinks behind the bar or delivering attentive service on the floor, you'll play an important role in bringing The Bristol experience to life.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a high-performing team and genuinely love creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Hosts

  • Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression of the venue
  • Manage bookings (SevenRooms), guest arrivals and seating arrangements
  • Assist guests with enquiries and venue information
  • Maintain a professional, friendly and engaging presence throughout the venue
  • Help create a welcoming atmosphere across all areas of the business

Bartenders

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages to a high standard
  • Engage with guests and provide product recommendations
  • Maintain presentation and cleanliness of all bar areas
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking when required
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are always followed

Floor Staff

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across multiple outlets
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas

About You:

  • Current NSW RSA (essential)
  • Previous hospitality experience in a bar, restaurant, pub, club or similar environment preferred
  • Passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
  • Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends and public holidays)
