About The Role

You will be part of a high-performance kitchen that values precision, creativity, teamwork, and respect for Japanese culinary traditions. This role is ideal for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced, premium dining environment and are committed to delivering consistently exceptional dishes.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Japanese Experience: Experience in a premium Japanese hospitality venue is highly regarded.
  • Sushi Skills: Precise fish filleting, sashimi slicing, nigiri preparation, and fast, consistent sushi roll production.
  • Grill Expertise: Minimum 2 years’ experience on the pan/grill section in a fast-paced or premium dining environment.
  • Quality Focus: Ability to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills during high-volume service.
