    • Have work with espresso, filters and brews.
    • Know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group.
    • Be familiar with Mahlkonig E65S and EK grinders.
    • The ability to work and stay calm under pressure & time constraints during rush periods.
    • Good attention to detail, including a willingness to follow clearly…

Our Italian inspired venue is located in the Hay Street Mall in Perth and we are looking for café all rounders; and baristas.
