Full job description

FOH / BARISTA – ITALIAN CAKE SHOP

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced FOH / Barista to join our team at our Italian cake shop in Five Dock.

The role includes:

  • Customer service and taking orders
  • Coffee making and barista duties
  • Serving cakes, pastries and desserts
  • Maintaining a clean and organised front of house
  • Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team

Barista experience is preferred, along with excellent customer service skills. Experience with Italian food, cafés or pastry shops is a plus.

Position details:

  • 30+ hours per week
  • Availability 7 days a week
  • 2 days off during the week
  • Weekend availability is essential
  • Evening shifts available on Friday and Saturday
  • Additional hours may be available depending on business needs

We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, well-presented and enjoys working with customers.
