Are you passionate about great coffee and genuine connections?
Two Minds Coffee is looking for an experienced barista/FOH to join our team!

We’re a new local café dedicated to serving quality brews, creating a relaxed atmosphere, and offering excellent service. We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled behind the machine, but also thrives on creating a welcoming experience for every customer, shows initiative and a positive attitude.

Please note: as a barista you are also required to take on all-rounder tasks in a busy environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • STRONG BARISTA EXPERIENCE (confident with espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art)
  • A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Availability for both weekday and weekend shiftsIf you love the craft, care about people, and want to be part of a café that values quality and community — we’d love to hear from you!Please only apply if you have relevant experience and available to work 15-20 hours per week including weekends.
