Full-Time & Part-Time Baristas Wanted – Tuckers & Teddy’s Bakehouse

Love coffee? We’re looking for experienced baristas to join our growing teams at Tuckers and Teddy’s Bakehouse in Werribee.

Whether you’re after full-time or part-time hours, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Crafting consistently high-quality coffee
  • Expert milk texturing and latte art
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
  • Working efficiently during busy service periods
  • Supporting the front-of-house team when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous barista experience is essential
  • Confident working with commercial espresso machines
  • Strong milk texturing and coffee-making skills
  • Friendly, reliable and positive attitude
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced café environment
  • Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
