Barminco are seeking experienced Store Persons to join our team at Garden Well on a 2/1 FIFO roster. About the Role

As a Store Person, you will play a critical role in supporting site operations by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, distribution, and control of materials and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight using manual handling equipment and forklifts
• Receiving, inspecting, and processing deliveries
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control processes
• Participating in stocktakes and inventory audits
• Ensuring warehouse and storage areas are maintained to a high standard
• Maintaining a safe working environment and complying with company policies and procedures
• Supporting operational teams with timely supply of parts and materials

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential:

• Current Forklift Licence
• Valid Australian HR Driver's Licence
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a stores, warehousing, or logistics role
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Highly Desirable:

• Previous underground mining experience (3+ years)
• Experience working in a FIFO or remote site environment
• Exposure to mining inventory and procurement systems
