Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our restaurant and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant and bar staff during shifts
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift allocations
  • Monitor food and beverage quality standards
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
  • Support staff training and team development
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety regulations
  • Work closely with management to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality supervision or leadership
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA Certificate
  • Food Safety knowledge/certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
