Position Overview

As a Server/Bartender at Bondi Pizza Parramatta, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, strong product knowledge, and efficient table and bar operations. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing attentive table service, preparing quality beverages, and supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will represent the Bondi Pizza brand by delivering professional, energetic, and genuine hospitality to every guest.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Table Service

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide attentive table service from arrival through to departure.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Demonstrate excellent menu knowledge, including food ingredients, allergens, promotions, and beverage options.
• Make recommendations and upsell food, drinks, desserts, and promotional offers.
• Ensure all meals and beverages are delivered correctly and presented to Bondi Pizza standards.
• Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Bar Operations

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Complete bar setup, cleaning duties, and end-of-shift close-down procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management.
• Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements at all times.

Teamwork & Restaurant Operations

• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support food running, table clearing, resetting tables, and general restaurant duties.
• Assist team members during busy service periods.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Sales & Business Contribution

• Actively promote current offers, events, and promotions.
• Deliver memorable hospitality experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Support the restaurant in achieving service, sales, and guest satisfaction targets.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending preferred.
• Current RSA certification required for bartending duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
