Iris Capital is seeking a dedicated and passionate Gaming Attendance to join our leadership team at one of our dynamic venues. This hands on role will see you lead the gaming operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff. You will manage all gaming related activities, while collaborating with a strong leadership team to continuously drive the performance of our venue.

The Role
We are seeking a casual bar and gaming attendant who is enthusiastic and customer focused to join our team! The team members will work across all food and beverage areas, whilst delivering amazing service to our guests. As a gaming attendant you will also play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers in our gaming room.

  • Rotating roster working on a 7 day work week
  • Mix of day, afternoon and night shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries related to the gaming room and its facilities
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance to address any technical issues promptly
  • Monitor the gaming room to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

About you

  • RSA and RCG required.
  • Friendly, have good customer service.
  • Experience is not needed, training will be provided.
  • Good work ethics, ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Flexible availability, has to be able to do morning or night shifts.
  • Good cash-handling skill.
