The Gig

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender ready to step up, or an established Bar Manager looking for a new home. In this hands-on leadership role, you won’t just be managing from the back; you will be front and center, shaping our bar operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead, train, and mentor a close-knit team of 6 to 10 staff, fostering a collaborative culture that matches the inviting warmth of our wood-burning grill.

Your day-to-day will see you seamlessly transitioning between leading high-quality bar service and jumping onto the floor to support the wider team. You will also take true ownership of the operational side—managing par levels, streamlining ordering, and confidently closing the venue post-service. Working a dynamic rotating roster of five shifts a week across nights and weekends, your ultimate focus will be blending expert hospitality with genuine generosity to create unforgettable moments for every patron.

About You:

• You bring a minimum of two years of cocktail bar experience and a proven background as a Bar Manager or similar role, paired with strong mixology skills and a deep knowledge of beverage trends across cocktails, spirits, and wines.
• You possess exceptional leadership abilities, naturally thriving in a collaborative setting where you can confidently guide a team and calmly troubleshoot unexpected situations.
• You are highly dependable with robust organisational skills, showcasing previous experience in inventory management and WET cost control to ensure operational efficiency.
• You have outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable dining experiences, seamlessly engaging with guests and the wider team.
• You hold a current NSW RSA certificate, possess a thorough comprehension of hospitality safety protocols, and hold unlimited working rights in Australia.
