Full job description

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and talented hospitality professionals to join our growing team across multiple locations.

We have exciting opportunities available in part-time and casual positions for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences. We are seeking reliable team members with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

To be considered for these roles, applicants must have relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Valid RSA: Bartending experience, with strong knowledge of beverage preparation, responsible service of alcohol, and customer engagement.
  • Barista experience, including preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
  • Experience with TAB or gaming operations is highly regarded but not essential.

Successful applicants will be confident communicators, enjoy working as part of a team, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required.
