Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and meet guest needs promptly and professionally
• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service at all times
• Follow hotel standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the menu
• Stock service areas to par levels and complete opening/closing duties
• Follow cashiering procedures and safeguard equipment
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and OH&S compliant
• Support other departments when needed
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Carry out other duties as directed

What You’ll Bring:

• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• Food and beverage service experience (hotel/restaurant/bar)
• Strong product knowledge, or eagerness to learn
• Professional grooming and presentation
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Cash handling / POS experience
• OH&S awareness
• Flexibility for a rotating roster (evenings, weekends, holidays)
