RSA Staff Member – Hospitality

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated RSA staff member who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The successful candidate will help ensure our guests have a great experience while maintaining responsible service of alcohol standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with Victorian RSA requirements.
• Check customer identification and comply with liquor licensing regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming bar area.
• Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods.
• Assist with general bar and floor duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current and valid Victorian RSA certificate.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and a reliable work ethic.
• The ability to work in a busy team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Previous hospitality or bar experience (preferred but not essential).
