Full job description

The Role

We need a reliable, friendly bartender who can jump between being behind the bar and running as needed. Most drinks are pre-made! Day to day you'll be:

  • Serving customers and taking orders
  • Handling cash and processing payments
  • Running food and beverages out to tables
  • Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or willing to obtain one
  • Great social skills — you're friendly, approachable, and easy to work with
  • Excellent customer service — you genuinely enjoy looking after people
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck into all areas of the shop
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality or seafood is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person
