Full job description

Fairfield Hotel is a staple of the local community. We offer a sports bar, gaming facilities, a tasty Restaurant offering and unrivaled customer service.

We are looking for high performing and driven team members to ensure that we can deliver on our purpose;To provide exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression in our community.

In this role, you will work across our bar, gaming and bistro areas to deliver exceptional customer experiences to our patrons.

To be successful in this role:

  • You have a positive attitude, you like to have fun at work, you care about your collogues and customers, and you have a growth mindset. These are our core values and are key qualities we look for in a candidate when hiring within our hotel.
  • You don't need experience in hospitality - just a bubbly personality and strong work ethic. Training will be provided.
  • You will be a customer service superstar; you are always willing to go above & beyond for your customers.
  • Your ability to build rapport quickly with our guests will set you apart from the crowd.
  • You will have outstanding presentation and always display professionalism.
  • Must have Valid RSA & RCG NSW Competency Card. An ARCG is a huge advantage in this role.

All candidates must be available for a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $34.96 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • RSA (Preferred)
  • RCG (Preferred)
