SEADECK IS RETURNING TO BRISBANE — NOW HIRING BARBACKS & GLASSIES

This winter, Brisbane's favourite floating venue is back on the river, delivering unforgettable events, incredible views, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in the city.

As we prepare for a massive season, we're looking for hardworking, energetic, and reliable Barbacks & Glassies to join our team and help keep the operation running at full speed.

Behind every successful bar is a team that keeps things moving. As a Barback/Glassy, you'll play a vital role in supporting our bartenders, maintaining venue presentation, and ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from start to finish.

If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organised, and loves being part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collecting, sorting, and washing glassware efficiently throughout service
  • Restocking ice, beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across bars and back-of-house areas
  • Assisting bartenders during busy service periods
  • Ensuring bars remain fully stocked and operational throughout events
  • Helping deliver a smooth and efficient guest experience behind the scenes

What We're Looking For

  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
