Join the team at A.P Bakery — Northern Beaches

A.P Bakery is coming to the Northern Beaches, and we’re looking for great hospitality people to join the opening team.

Since opening in 2021, A.P Bakery has grown across Sydney with a simple focus: exceptional bread, pastries and coffee, served by people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests.

For our newest location, we’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals across a range of roles. You might be a gun barista, an experienced FOH all-rounder, or simply someone who thrives in busy, quality-driven venues.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in busy cafés, restaurants or other quality hospitality venues
  • Genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and providing great service
  • Work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Are proactive — you notice what needs doing and get stuck in
  • Are reliable, positive and enjoy being part of a team
  • Take pride in the quality and consistency of your work
  • Are adaptable and happy to work across different areas of the venue
  • Have strong communication skills
  • For baristas: have solid coffee knowledge, milk texturing and dial-in skills
