Now, we're looking for a passionate Experienced Cafe Chef who’s ready to bring flavor, speed, and heart into our kitchen.

[Position Details]

• Working Hours: +20 hrs /week
• Location: Caffe Cherry Beans

[Key Responsibilities]

• Prep and cook brunch and fusion menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Support smooth service flow during peak hours
• Assist with ingredient management and basic kitchen operations
• prepare ingredients and dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• cook and present food items in a timely manner, ensuring proper portioning and plating.
• maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
• monitor food stock levels and report any shortages to the chef or kitchen manager.
• ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
• collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy hours.

[Who You Are]

• You have at least 2 -3 years work experience in brunch or casual dining kitchens
• You thrive in fast-paced environments
• You’re reliable, clean, and a strong team player
• (Bonus) Familiarity with Korean ingredients or sauces is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• High-level organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Must have completed relevant education or training/apprenticeship in hospitality/cookery
