Your Impact


As Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing a new business from concept to commercial launch, leading the sales and marketing activity needed to drive growth.


This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, startup-style environment where you will help build the foundations for customer acquisition, campaign execution, ecommerce, marketing automation, reporting and customer engagement.


You will build the foundations for customer acquisition, campaign execution, ecommerce, marketing automation, reporting and customer engagement, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring the business to market.


Please note, this role is offered as a fixed term contract for 2 years.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the day-to-day delivery of the sales and marketing plan to bring the new business to market.
  • Develop key sales and marketing assets including packaging, visual creative, content, marketing automation and notification activity.
  • Manage external partners across creative agency, content, social and related marketing activity.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables across sales and marketing workstreams.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and KPIs across sales, campaigns, product usage and customer engagement.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
  • Drive ecommerce performance, website conversion, lifecycle marketing and retention activity.

About You


  • You bring experience in sales, marketing, growth, ecommerce or customer acquisition roles.
  • You have ideally worked in a startup, scale-up, DTC, ecommerce or high-growth environment.
  • You are hands-on and confident owning activity across campaigns, content, digital, CRM and customer engagement.
  • You understand ecommerce, digital customer acquisition and measurable growth.
  • You have experience with marketing budgets, campaign reporting or performance metrics.
  • You are comfortable using CRM, ecommerce and digital marketing platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics or Klaviyo.
  • You are customer-focused, organised and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
