The Role

Join Bega Group’s Customer Support team in Docklands and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll build strong relationships, manage enquiries and orders, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their career with an iconic Australian brand.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, responsive customer support across phone and email channels
Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
Manage shared inbox enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through
Resolve delivery issues and coordinate positive customer outcomes
Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience

About you

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success
Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous
