Full job description

Work Independently. Stay Compliant. Create Real Impact.

Welcoming Behaviour Support Practitioners (All Levels) | Australia-Wide.

Ready to step away from traditional employment and finally run your own Behaviour Support practice - without the admin, compliance stress, or overheads?

Konnectable is redefining how Behaviour Support Practitioners operate across Australia.

We support independent BSPs to run their own practice with confidence, increase their income, and stay fully compliant - all under a registered NDIS provider.

About Us.

Konnectable supports independent NDIS practitioners across Australia with a simple promise:

You bring the clinical expertise. We handle the systems, compliance, and structure.

As a registered NDIS provider, we offer Behaviour Support Practitioners an NDIS-aligned operating model, smart systems, and the backing of a provider - without the stress of going through registration yourself.

Our contractors thrive because they gain autonomy, support, and clarity.

Work Differently. Earn Differently.

Earn 80% of NDIS Behaviour Support line items in a model designed to maximise your income - not limit it.

That’s equivalent to approximately:

  • $202.39/hr (National).
  • $283.35/hr (Remote).
  • $303.59/hr (Very Remote).

No KPIs. No performance pressure. No compliance burden.

Participant Opportunities Across Australia.

Work with participants across a range of funding types, including:

  • Agency-managed participants.
  • Plan-managed participants.
  • Self-managed participants.

Total Flexibility. Your Way.

  • Design your schedule around your life - not the other way around.
  • Work with participants that align with your expertise and interests.
  • Choose how you deliver services - remotely, in the community, or a mix that suits your working style.
  • Grow your caseload sustainably, at your own pace.

The Structure Behind Your Practice.

At Konnectable, you’re not starting from scratch - we provide the foundation behind your practice so you can focus on delivering high-quality work.

You’ll have access to:

  • NDIS Practice Standard-aligned templates, including service agreements, assessments, progress notes, and incident and reporting tools, supported by additional resources to ensure safe and compliant practice.
  • Participant onboarding documents and comprehensive Participant Handbooks, including an Easy Read version and Emergency & Disaster Plan.
  • Structured systems for reporting, billing, and tracking your work.
  • A partnered Client Management System and integrated tools to support safe, compliant service delivery.
  • A dedicated support team to assist with systems, compliance, and day-to-day queries.

A monthly software fee applies. For full details, please visit the 'Earn' page of our website: www.konnectable.com.au

Compliance Without the Stress.

  • Full NDIS registration coverage under a compliant provider framework.
  • Ongoing governance, audit, and compliance oversight.
  • Continuous monitoring of NDIS legislative updates and Practice Standard changes.
  • Practical support to confidently apply compliance in your day-to-day work.

Guided Every Step of the Way.

You won’t be left to figure things out on your own.

From onboarding through to day-to-day practice, we provide the guidance, systems, and support needed to navigate NDIS requirements with confidence - ensuring everything is set up correctly so you can focus on delivering quality support.

What You’ll Be Doing.

You’ll deliver high-quality Behaviour Support services, including:

  • Functional behavioural assessments.
  • Development and review of Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Supporting the reduction of restrictive practices.
  • Training families, carers, and support teams.
  • Working collaboratively with a wider clinical and support network.
  • Maintaining compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements, with our support and guidance.

What You Need

To hit the ground running, you’ll need:

  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Behaviour Support, or a related field.
  • Experience writing Behaviour Support Plans and conducting functional assessments.
  • Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards & Restrictive Practice Rules.
  • Supervisor Agreement.
  • NDIS Worker Screening.
  • First Aid + Infection Control.
  • NDIS Orientation + Induction Modules.
  • Operate as an independent contractor (ABN required), including responsibility for your own tax and superannuation.
  • Relevant insurances, including Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
  • Practitioner ID from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Think of this opportunity as running your own BSP business - with a team in your corner, systems at your fingertips, and a safety net beneath you.
