About Us
Founded in 2014 and incorporated in 2018, The Sky’s The Limit Behaviour Services (TSTL) is a small, values-driven provider of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services. Our mission is to empower children and young people with autism, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and other neurodivergences to reach their fullest potential through ethical, person-centred support and evidence-based intervention.
We are a small team of therapists united by a shared commitment to:
- Delivering high-quality, personalised interventions.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment with other therapists, families, and other professionals.
- Maintaining open communication with a genuine focus on staff wellbeing
- Upholding the values of TSTL through our work
- Ongoing professional growth, with in-house supervision and clear career pathways.
- Upholding ethical standards, informed consent, diversity and inclusivity, and client confidentiality and privacy.
As a TSTL therapist, you’ll join a dynamic and supportive group where your ideas are valued, your growth is invested in, your impact is celebrated, and your skills directly empower children and their families. Our leadership is hands-on, and mentorship is woven into the fabric of our culture. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to deepen your expertise, you’ll find a place to thrive at TSTL.
About The Role: Behaviour Therapist
As a Behaviour Therapist at TSTL, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients in building essential life skills, reducing challenging behaviours, and achieving goals and milestones. You’ll work in homes, schools, and community settings, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique strengths and needs.

- Build rapport and trust with clients and their families, creating a safe, positive, and collaborative environment.
- Implement structured and play-based learning activities that foster communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Monitor, collect, and analyse behavioural data to track progress and inform intervention adjustments.
- Respond to challenging behaviours with empathy, consistency, and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Behaviour Analysts/Psychologists/Behaviour Support Practitioners and the broader care team to review progress and adapt plans.
- Participate in monthly team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing supervision for professional growth.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
- Uphold TSTL’s values in every client interaction and act with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.

- Punctual, excellent time management skills, and good work ethic
- Currently completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related allied health discipline
- Minimum availability: 10 hours/week
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
