  • Bartender- Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.95, Sunday $48.94, Public Holiday $69.92 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
  • Runner- Monday- Friday $33.85, Saturday $40.62, Sunday $40.62, Public Holiday $67.69 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
  • Section Waiter- Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.95, Sunday $48.94, Public Holiday $69.92 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
What we are looking for
  • 2+ years’ experience in a fine dining or high-volume cocktail bar environment
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Confident in making cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Experience with bar setup, stock control, and maintaining par levels
  • Ability to handle multiple orders at once while staying calm under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with floor and kitchen teams
  • Valid RSA and full Australian working rights
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods
