Your impact in the role

• Proactively identify and respond to system issues, data anomalies, and failures to minimise disruption.
• Lead remediation activities to resolve system and data issues, restoring operations quickly and effectively.
• Carry out fixes, testing and support system changes, including some after hours work.
• Coordinate and deliver on metering requests, service orders, validations, and fault investigations with precision and urgency.
• Manage the flow and integrity of metering data across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

What you’ll bring

• Proven ability to work across IT systems, particularly operational or data-driven platforms.
• Confidence using SQL or similar tools.
• Strong communicator, confident engaging with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Experience supporting or managing systems comparable to MDMS would be highly regarded.
