Byron Bay – Duty Managers/Restaurant Managers

We are on the hunt for Front-of-House Managers in a variety of roles across our leadership team in Byron Bay!

If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Duty Manager or Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.

The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
